Our Process:

1. Providing/completing an online schedule of Pre-Inspection Information
2. Booking/Confirming timeframe for Inspection (including Pre-Bookings)
3. Preparing for Inspection
4. Conducting your Inspection
5. Reporting and completion of Certificate process

Our fee info is: $345 (inc GST) Certification and $99 (inc GST) Reinspection if needed, including all documents.

We offer 10% discount for bookings made 3+ months in advance. We also offer a 15% discount for Concession card holders.

We try to assist our pool/spa owners prior to attending with an online ‘Complete Registration’ pre-visit schedule outlining the process and preparing you for our visit and assisting to avoid Council penalties.

We would be happy to help you complete the process. As Statutory Building Inspectors with many years of experience completing Pool Inspections, we already work with legislation and the implementation of new regulations, and are also SPASAVIC registered.
